How to prepare a healthier food from seaweed.

1. Put a 100gram of dried seaweed into water.After 5 minutes,rinse it and change water.Half an hour later rinse it again and change water.You should rinse and change water 4-5 times to make sure it is clean.Then let soak in water for 12 hours or more.It will looks more bigger than it dried size.
2. Make a last rinse before put it in a pot with 2 liters of water.Boil up to20-30 minutes until it melt.
3. Let it cool for a few minutes then pour to a small plastic containers.Put the plastic containers into refrigerator not in a freezer box.It will become a jelly for about 24 hours.
4. Now it is ready to take with 3-4 tablespoon per serving.It is advice to take 2 times a day.Take it before breakfast and before sleep at night.You also can take it with  some juice or squash drinks.Never take a drinks that contain Caffeine like coffee,tea or carbonate drinks 3 hours before and 3 hours after the collagen jelly.

This jelly also a Face Mask for us.Wash your face first.Take 2 tablespoon or as enough of jelly and rub it to your face.Let it for 25-30 minutes until dry.Then rinse with warm water.

Seaweed Jelly is actually Eucheuma Seaweed.   Some peope call it Sea Bird's Nest.  Apparently it's collagen content is 10 times higher than bird's nest (but a lot cheaper than bird's nest) and it's calsium content is 37 higher than fish liver.  A packet of Seaweed Jelly (can't remember the weight) is a few RM in organic shop.  Not a big packet but you get quite a lot of seaweed jelly.   I haven't checked out at other shop.
